Blair C. Wagner, Founder and President

Blair C. Wagner is the Founder and President of Advanced Corporate Agent Services, Inc. He was exposed to the world of Financing Statements, Liens, Judgments, Real Estate Transactions and Circuit Court proceedings at the age of twelve, while helping his father at The Chattel Mortgage Reporter, Inc. Upon graduation from college, Blair took over all management responsibilities and successfully ran the company for fourteen years. One of the many lessons he learned on his journey to becoming the President of Chattel Mortgage is always anticipating clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations to provide truly exceptional customer service. Prior to forming Advance Corp Agents in July of 2008, he served as Director of the due diligence division of a Chicago based company for six-and-a-half years.
 
Mr. Wagner holds a B.S. in Finance from Eastern Illinois University. He has been an active member of the National Public Records Research Association since 1990 and is currently serving his fourth term on the Board of Directors to help shape the direction of the industry and secure a prosperous future for information service providers.

Courtney D. Wagner, Vice President

Courtney D. Wagner is Vice President of Advanced Corp Agents and focuses primarily on Marketing and Accounting. She is a Montessori Teacher during the regular school year and works around her school schedule to assist with ACA management and planning. She works full-time in the offices of ACA from June to September.
 
Courtney holds a Degree in Art History from the College of Wooster in Ohio.

Veronica Betancourt, Office Manager

Veronica Betancourt is the Office Manager of Advanced Corp Agents and is responsible for daily operations and staff training, as well as client and vendor relations. She started her career at The Chattel Mortgage Reporter Inc. in 1997, and spent four years acquiring industry knowledge and gaining valuable experience as a Customer Service Representative; and processing receivables in the Accounting Department.
 
Prior to joining Advanced Corp Agents in 2008, Veronica worked with Mr. Wagner as an Account Manager/Legal Research Specialist, at a Chicago based due diligence firm, where she was a top producer for five years. Veronica is knowledgeable in Illinois Corporate & UCC Filings, Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy and Criminal background searches. She has an exceptional understanding of real estate searching procedures and is always eager to assist clients to ensure they have a good understanding of their search results.

Maria Rios, Senior Customer Service Representative

Maria Rios joined ACA in July of 2008 as part of the original team and has led the charge to providing exceptional customer service and responsiveness to clients’ needs. She is the Senior Customer Service Representative, earning accolades for always putting forth the extra efforts necessary to ensure that our clients’ needs are met.
 
Maria has held positions as a Law Clerk in the Cook County Circuit Court and as a Customer Service Representative since 2005.

Joe Torchedlo, Research Specialist

Joe has been performing research and document retrieval in Cook County, IL since 2006. He joined ACA in August of 2008 and has established himself as the leader of the Research Team in Chicago. He is responsible for training employees and interns for best practices to provide the most thorough and accurate search results possible. When he’s not working, you’ll find him practicing the guitar and cello, or patronizing a local establishment in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago.
 
Joe holds Degrees in Political Science and Catholic Studies from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.
