Our History

Advanced Corporate Agent Services, Inc. was founded by Blair C. Wagner in 2008, and opened its doors for business on July 4th.

Mr. Wagner has been in the public records industry for more than 25 years. His vision was to create an organization with a true Mission of Service and an environment of mutual respect for employees, customers and vendors. We maintain exceptionally high standards for our staff to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and have peace-of-mind knowing that we will take great care with their work.

Mr. Wagner has been active in the National Public Records Association since 1990 and is currently serving his fifth term on the Board of Directors. Remaining so dedicated to the NPRRA has helped ACA build an outstanding nationwide network of associates and promote ethical standards in our industry.
